* Purchased and registered a SPOT camera system from an authorized dealer within the last 12 months
* A current, valid Extended Warranty purchased from Diagnostic Instruments
or an authorized dealer.
We use the information you provide below (your camera serial number) to more efficiently keep track of the version of SPOT software you are
running with your SPOT camera. This allows us to make sure you can quickly download future versions of SPOT software as they become available during
the 12 months following the purchase of your SPOT camera system or the purchase of your SPOT software upgrade.
We will validate your eligibility once you have entered the information below and submit the information to Diagnostic Instruments. In the future, we will notify you by e-mail as future versions become available. You will have the option to opt out of this type of notification.
If you do not qualify for a free upgrade under the conditions outlined above, you may still acquire a copy of SPOT
Software by purchasing it online.
Once you have purchased a current copy of SPOT Software, you will be eligible for any future versions for 12 months from the date of purchase.
